How long will it take to receive my order? Every order will be confirmed by email. Your item will ship in 2-4 days after payment of your order. Different shipping options will be available to you upon checkout. |

You can rest assured that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered by anyone. We will never sell or give any identifiable information about you to any third pary without your approval. |

What is your return policy? All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. In some cases, there may be restocking and/or other fees. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable. In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. E-mail adrienne@justdoggiestuff.com with your name, your order number (invoice number on your invoice), the size and name of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit will not be issued. |
